By enrolling in any Samara Beth LLC. Dba. Samara Beth & Co. coaching program, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Program Enrollment and Payment:
– Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the coaching program. Payment plans may be available as outlined in the program details.
– All payments are non-refundable, except as specified under these terms or as required by applicable law.

2. Program Changes and Cancellations:
– Samara Beth & Co. reserves the right to modify the program schedule, content, or delivery method as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
– If Samara Beth & Co. cancels a coaching program, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another program of equal value.

3. Commitment and Participation:
– Participants are expected to fully commit to the coaching program, including attending scheduled sessions, completing assignments, and actively engaging in program activities.
– Samara Beth & Co. reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the program without a refund if they fail to comply with these expectations or engage in behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful.

4. Confidentiality
– Samara Beth & Co. is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information shared by participants. By enrolling, participants agree not to share any proprietary content, materials, or personal information of other participants outside of the program.

5. Intellectual Property:
– All materials provided in connection with the coaching program, including but not limited to written materials, videos, and recordings, are the property of Samara Beth & Co. and are for personal use only. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without prior written consent.

6. Liability and Disclaimer:
– Samara Beth & Co. coaching programs are designed to provide guidance and support. However, individual results may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
– Samara Beth & Co. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries that may arise from participation in the coaching program. Participants accept full responsibility for their decisions and actions as a result of coaching.

7. Code of Conduct:
– Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in all interactions with coaches, staff, and other participants.
– Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without a refund.

8. Use of Personal Data:
– By enrolling in a coaching program, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of program administration and communication.
– Samara Beth & Co. will not share personal data with third parties without participant consent, except as required by law.

9. Media Release:
– Participants consent to the use of their image, voice, and likeness in any recordings, photographs, or videos taken during coaching sessions for promotional or educational purposes by Samara Beth & Co., unless they explicitly opt out in writing.

10. Force Majeure:
– Samara Beth & Co. shall not be held responsible for any delay or cancellation of the coaching program due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law:
– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the coaching program is administered. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

By enrolling in a Samara Beth & Co. coaching program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
