Samara Beth LLC. Dba, Samara Beth & Co. Corporate Sponsorship Terms and Conditions for “Enter the Ring” Event Fighting Against Domestic Violence 

By agreeing to sponsor Samara Beth & Co.’s event, benefiting non-profits that support at-risk women and children, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Sponsorship Commitment and Payment:
– Sponsorship opportunities are confirmed upon receipt of a signed sponsorship agreement and payment. Payment must be made in full according to the terms outlined in the agreement.
– All sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Samara Beth & Co.

2. Use of Sponsor Logo and Materials:
– Sponsors grant Samara Beth & Co. permission to use their logo, trademarks, and company name for promotional purposes related to this event. This includes, but is not limited to, use on event materials, websites, social media, and press releases.
– Sponsors must provide high-resolution logos and any specific brand guidelines or requirements upon signing the sponsorship agreement.

3. Sponsorship Benefits:
– Sponsors will receive the benefits associated with their selected sponsorship level, as outlined in the sponsorship package. These benefits may include but are not limited to, advertising, branding, and speaking opportunities.
– Samara Beth & Co. will make reasonable efforts to fulfill all agreed sponsorship benefits but reserves the right to make adjustments if necessary.

4. Event Changes and Cancellation:
– Samara Beth & Co. reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, or details as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to sponsors promptly.
– If the event is canceled by Samara Beth & Co., sponsors will be offered a full refund or the option to apply their sponsorship to a rescheduled event or future event of equal value.

5. Liability and Indemnification:
– Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Samara Beth & Co., its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the sponsor’s participation in the event.
– Samara Beth & Co. is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property related to the sponsorship or participation in the event.

6. Code of Conduct:
– Sponsors are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the event and its mission to fight against domestic violence. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful may result in the termination of the sponsorship agreement without a refund.
– Samara Beth & Co. maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior.

7. Confidentiality:
– Sponsors may receive confidential information about the event or the non-profits benefiting from the event. Sponsors agree to keep such information confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent from Samara Beth & Co.

8. Media Release:
– By participating as a sponsor, you consent to the use of your company’s name, logo, and sponsorship details in promotional materials, media coverage, and post-event reports.
– Sponsors may also be included in photographs, videos, or other recordings of the event, which may be used by Samara Beth & Co. for promotional purposes.

9. Force Majeure:
– Samara Beth & Co. shall not be held responsible for any delay or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law:
– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Arizona.

By agreeing to sponsor this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
